Leslie Xue 
Director 

 

Leslie is the founder of Pacific Careers International. He brings knowledge and experience gained from top tier global management consulting firms, where he has assisted both private and listed organisations to improve their organisational performance, business strategy and human capital solutions.

 

Leslie has consulted to leading organisations across Australia, UK and Asia. He has provided strategic advice to clients such as Macquarie Capital, Qantas Airways, Gamuda Berhad, MMC, Asciano, London Underground, NTC Capital, Leighton Holdings, Grupo Coimex, Qube holdings, Commonwealth Bank and Qantas Airways. Over the years Leslie has worked alongside numerous internal human resources department and external global recruitment agencies to attract and hire the best graduates in the Australian market.

 

Through his experience and close working relationships with leading global corporations he has developed an expertise in advising students and graduates pursing highly competitive career tracks. He has a solid understanding of how hiring decisions are made and the skills required to win over a hiring manager.

 

Leslie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Finance and Actuarial Studies from the University of New South Wales. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Management. He has native proficiency in both English and Mandarin.

Helen Lord  
Principal Career Consultant  

 

Rebecca has over 8 years of industry experience across two top-tier firms in Australia, during which time she also completed her Chartered Accountancy at the ICAA. As an audit manager at Ernst & Young, one of the top accounting firms worldwide, she has led multiple projects with high-profile organizations, each with exemplary results and feedback. These
include: JP Morgan Chase Bank, AMP, MLC, Macquarie Funds Group and UBS Asset Management. In these roles she has developed a proficiency in banking, insurance and asset management. As a manager at Ernst & Young she has also been heavily involved in the recruitment process for many years, in addition to performing as a counsellor and mentor for numerous employees joining the company.

Over the past year, Rebecca has moved into a Senior Managerial role at ANZ Bank, Here, she has made the most of the opportunity to focus on developing promising careers in others in her field and has continued with tutoring and providing career guidance to many junior colleagues.


Having seen both sides of the interviewing dialogue, Rebecca has a clear understanding of what an employer looks for in any potential candidate. She understands what to expect in the recruitment process and excels in her ability to mentor others. Her career successes, combined with her commitment and passion in developing success in others, has solidified her status as a promising leader in the career consulting field.

Clement Fisk 
Principal Career Consultant 

 

Clement has over thirty years of domestic and international private and public services experience. He began his career at the Department of Trade and services and soon became one of the youngest appointed directors of the Global Economics Division. He then moved into private practice and became a partner of Opus Management Consultants in New Zealand. Clement has also spent over 10 years working across Asia in a number of leadership positions

 

Clement is an Australian business leader and recognized expert in the consulting industry and is regularly invited to share his insights at conferences and expert panel discussions across the nation. Throughout his career he has mentored hundreds of junior employees across various industries in the area of leadership, confidence, motivation and career building strategies. More recently, Clement has taken on advisory roles and works closely with corporations in the areas of corporate recruitment and talent identification.

 

At Pacific Careers International, Clement provides career advice to students and graduates from all over Australia. His friendly and inspirational approach empowers students and graduates to make the necessary changes in their attitude and approach during their job search in Australia.

Clement holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) majoring in Economics and Information Science as well as a Bachelors in Mathematics from the Victoria University of Wellington. He is also fluent in Indonesian.
